Sausages are sold in packs of approximately 350g. Standard size sausages such as Lincolnshire or Italian Salsiccia are 5 to a pack. Toulouse and Mexican Chorizo are 3 to a pack and chipolata sausages are 12 to 15 to a 350g pack.
